1. Return Period
You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to return items. After this period, we will not accept returns or exchanges.
2. Conditions for Returning Items
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- Be in its original condition, unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
- Not be damaged or altered.
- Personal care, hygiene products, or sealed items are non-refundable unless the product is defective.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service at contact@magic-toys.fr, providing your order number and the items you wish to return.
- We will provide you with detailed instructions on how to return your products.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will send you a confirmation of the return.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or there was an error in shipping your order. We recommend using a tracked shipping service for returns, as we cannot be responsible for lost return shipments.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 7 to 10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the order.
6. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend returning the item for a refund and placing a new order for the desired item.
7. Non-Returnable Items
Certain products are non-returnable, including:
- Personal care products, hygiene items, or sealed products that have been opened.
